Terms and Conditions - Limousine Service in Singapore


The following Terms and Conditions apply to this service:

1. Limousine service refers to a one way transfer from Changi International Airport, Singapore to an agreed destination in Singapore in one vehicle, upon your arrival on a valid flight.

2. This service is exclusively offered to our DBS Private Access members through a third party Participant(s) and is not transferable.

3. All information and matters of your reservation(s) will be handled by the Participant. The Participant's representative may contact you should they require any information from you.

4. All reservations require 24 hours advance notice. An SMS and/ or email reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time for reservations made at least 36 hours in advance.

5. Please switch on your mobile phone when you disembark from the aircraft, as your driver will send an SMS to your mobile phone to inform you that he/she is waiting at the arrival hall outside the designated luggage belt, holding a DBS Private Access welcome board bearing your name.

6. Please present your Private Access membership card or boarding pass to the limousine driver for identification purpose.

7. The following charges shall apply to this reservation:

a. Amendments and Cancellations: Please provide us with at least 12 hours notice before your flight's scheduled service time. For amendments or cancellations made less than 4 hours before your flight's scheduled service time, an amount of SGD49 will apply to your account maintained with DBS and may result in the inability to provide the service.

b. Wait times: Our drivers are pleased to wait for you for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. As we want to ensure that we meet our service levels with all our members, there will be an amount of SGD10 that will be charged for every block of 30 minutes that your driver waits, beyond the initial 60 minutes from the intended pick-up time. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey.

c. Additional stops: We are pleased to accommodate any additional stop(s), with a charge of SGD15 per additional stop. Simply indicate the destination address for the additional stop(s) when making your reservation. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey.

d. Non-arrivals: In the event of your non-arrival on the reservation date and time, a fee of SGD49 will apply to your account maintained with DBS.

8. DBS makes no warranty or representation towards the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the relevant Participant. DBS is not liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred arising from or in connection with the use of the Programme. DBS is not an agent of any Participant and vice versa.

Terms and Conditions - Limousine and/ or Ambassador Service in Jakarta (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport) and Surabaya (Juanda International Airport)


The following terms and conditions apply to this reservation:

1. This service is exclusively offered to our DBS Private Access members through a third party Participant(s) and is not transferable.

2. The limousine service is applicable for international arrivals only and is subject to availability. The ambassador service is applicable to international arrivals and/or departures only and is subject to availability due to local restrictions at the scheduled service time.

3. The limousine service refers to a one way transfer from the airport in one vehicle. One pick up point or destination within Jakarta or Surabaya is permitted for each reservation.

4. You and one accompanying guest, who is on the same flight as you, can enjoy the ambassador service. For additional guest(s), a fee of IDR275,000 per person is applicable. The Participant's representative will collect this minimal fee directly from you.

5. All information and matters of your reservation(s) will be handled by the Participant. The Participant's representative may contact you should they require any information from you.

6. All reservations require 24 hours advance notice. An SMS and/or email reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time for reservations made at least 36 hours in advance.

7. Please present your Private Access membership card, passport and/or boarding pass to the Participant's representative for identification purpose.

Any dispute about the same must be resolved directly with the relevant Participant. DBS is not liable for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred arising from or in connection with the use of the Programme. DBS is not an agent of any Participant and vice versa.

Terms and Conditions - Limousine Service in Taipei (Taoyuan International Airport)

1. Limousine service refers to a one way transfer from Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei to an agreed destination within Taipei in one vehicle, upon your arrival on a valid flight.

2. This service is exclusively offered to our DBS Private Access members through a third party Participant(s) and is not transferable.

3. All information and matters of your reservation(s) will be handled by the Participant. The Participant's representative may contact you should they require any information from you.

4. All reservations require 24 hours advance notice. An SMS and/ or email reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time for reservations made at least 36 hours in advance.

5. Please switch on your mobile phone when you disembark from the aircraft, as the Participant's representative will send an SMS to your mobile phone to inform you that your assigned driver is waiting at the arrival hall, holding a DBS Private Access welcome board bearing your name.

6. Please present your Private Access membership card or boarding pass to the limousine driver for identification purpose.

7. The following charges shall apply to this reservation:

a. Amendments and Cancellations: Please provide us with at least 12 hours notice before your flight's scheduled service time. For amendments or cancellations made less than 4 hours before your flight's scheduled service time, an amount of SGD80 will apply to your account(s) maintained with DBS and may result in the inability to provide the service.

b. Wait times: Our drivers are pleased to wait for you for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. As we want to ensure that we meet our service levels with all our members, there will be an amount of NT250 (approximately SGD12) that will be charged for every block of 30 minutes that your driver waits, beyond the initial 60 minutes from the intended pick-up time. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey.

c. Additional stops: We are pleased to accommodate any additional stop(s), with a charge of NT150 (approximately SGD7) per additional stop. Simply indicate the destination address for the additional stop(s) when making your reservation. The driver will collect this minimum fee directly from you at the end of your journey.

d. Non-arrivals: In the event of your non-arrival on the reservation date and time, a fee of SGD80 will be charged to your account maintained with DBS.
